Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return

To request a return, please contact us at info@abdallahmart.com with your order number and reason for return.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please do not send returns to the sender address on the package unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing. If the issue is caused by our supplier or fulfillment partner, we will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing, contact us as soon as possible at info@abdallahmart.com. Please include your order number, photos of the item, and any relevant details so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, including custom or personalized products, print-on-demand items, personal care goods, beauty products, perishable goods, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.

Print-on-demand products, including custom apparel, are made after your order is placed and may only be eligible for replacement or refund if they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or with a printing issue.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, if eligible. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, unless an exception applies. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and we will let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
